Yoga Nidra is a meditative technique that uses sleep to aid in relaxing the brain and body. It is just as effective as meditation and mindfulness as it uses similar relaxation techniques, but helps to quiet the mind in a way that’s easier for most people.
It can help with insomnia, diabetes, hypertension, general stress management, anxiety, depression and many other common ailments.
