Yoga is an ancient and comprehensive system for cultivating health and wellness in all facets of life. Yoga’s postures and breathing techniques encourage increased body and breath awareness, both intimately connected to deeper physical, mental, emotional ad spiritual well-being.
Yoga stretches and strengthens muscles throughout the body, increases circulation to internal organs and glands, quiets the nervous system and improves concentration. A total system of self-care, yoga can bring vitality, health, deep relaxation and peace of mind.
Our yoga classes include, at most times:
- Chair Yoga (1 hour 15 minutes)
- Gentle Yoga (1 hour 15 minutes)
- Yoga for Stress Reduction (Five-week pre-registered series)
General Fitness Classes (1 hour)
On first and third Saturdays September through November, drop in for this upbeat and fun exercise class designed for all fitness levels.
Help plant, water, maintain and harvest our 100 percent organic garden to be distributed to our patients, volunteers and staff. This can help reduce stress and gives you a chance to keep moving.
